W.A.L.T: describe characters and setting well.
In the deep deep forest there was a big bed and the sun was shining through it . It looked like it was a bit damp. There were lots of different cushions on the bed - there were big and small cushions. There were big trees that were holding the bed up. There was a light on a swing and there was a ladder to get on to the bed.

I think you can approve it by making you say something like what is this ladder and ading more info by making it say something like a ladder fell down.
